Self Esteem Music for Building Self Esteem and Brain Enhancement too!
WHAT IS SELF ESTEEM MUSIC?
We've all heard that learning musical instrument is good for developing our brain, but probably fewer of us ever suspected simply listening to music enhanced brain function. Did you know that certain music has the ability to exert a huge positive effect on our brain? Or that Different music has different effects? This knowledge can all be put to excellent use when we know how to apply it.
One interesting example, is that the human brains respond to 10 minutes of Mozart’s Sonata for Two Pianos in D Major, K 448, by immediately becoming 8 to 9 IQ points smarter, and return to normal about 15 minutes later. This “act of intelligence” was initiated in the limbic brain, the seat of our most basic, instinctual emotions.
